We came across this butcher shop while roaming Sheung Wan. I like the fact that every part of the animal is for sale. Nothing is wasted.Hong Kong remains one of my perennial favourite cities. There is much to explore, and plenty of interesting bits to unravel. Hope to be back there soon.
